Badges
You will receive a presonalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the
Conference this badge must be clearly visible at all times and grants access to the Scientific
Sessions and Commercial Exibition. It will be required at the entrance of all rooms.
Certificate of attendance
It can be collected at the registration desk when leaving the Conference.
Insurance
Delegates are advised to arrange health and accident insurance prior to travelling to the Conference.
The Organization will not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, as well as for delays or modifications in the programme, caused by unforseen circumstances.
Language
The official language of the Conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Coffee breaks and lunches
Coffee breaks and 4 lunches are included in the registration fee.
Letter of invitation
On request, the Congress Organizer will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual
scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Congress to provide financial support.

Zagreb Airport is located some 15 km from centre of the town (cca 25 minutes by bus or taxi). Taxi average price airport - hotel in the centre: cca 25 €
Bus ticket: cca 4 €
Climate: In May, average temperatures in Zagreb vary between 18 - 25 degrees Celsius. There is always a chance for occasional rain.
Language: The language spoken in Croatia is Croatian. Many Croatians speak English, some
also speak German, Italian or French and are happy to help visitors.
Public transport in Zagreb: Zagreb offers public transport network of trams and busses. All hotels are within convenient reach of the conference venue (Hotel Westin) by trams.
Currency: Kuna (1 Kuna = 100 Lipa). There are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 Lipa coins, 1, 2, 5 and 25 Kuna coins and 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 Kuna banknotes.
Foreign currencies: Can be exchanged at banks, exchange offices, post offices and at most tourist agencies, hotels and camping grounds. Banking hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays banks are open until 1 p.m.
Credit cards: Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept credit cards: (American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa). Cash dispensing machines are ubiquitous.
